Cardi B appears to claim she drugged and robbed men during her stripper days in viral social media video

She’s long been candid about her days as a stripper, but Cardi B has shocked fans with an admission about her past which has recently resurfaced online.

An alarming Instagram video, which appears to be two years old, seems to show Cardi recalling a time when she would drug and rob men during her years working at gentlemen’s clubs.

Cardi ranted: ‘I had to go strip, I had to go, “Oh yeah, you want to f**k me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go back to this hotel,” and I drugged n***as up, and I robbed them. That’s what I used to do.’

She recorded the tearful rant in an effort to defend herself after trolls questioned whether she deserves the fame she has.

The video shows her insisting that she has always worked hard and never had anything handed to her on a plate.

‘For a b***h to say that I don’t f***ing deserve it because I don’t put in enough f***ing work, I did it myself, the s***t that I did, to motherf***in’ survive,’

The next part, where she appears to claim to drug and rob men, has been questioned by some online particularly the part where Cardi says ‘drugged n***as up’ which some say could instead be ‘drop n***as off’.

In the rant Cardi says: ‘I had to go, “Oh yeah, you want to f**k me? Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go back to this hotel,” and I drugged n***as up, and I robbed them. That’s what I used to do.’ The clip is on YouTube and has been shared by multiple outlets.

Not long after the clip emerged the Bodak Yellow hitmaker was hit with backlash from people shocked at the implications of what she was saying.

The hashtag #SurvivingCardiB started trending – a play on the R Kelly docu-series which the R&B star was accused of multiple women and associates of sexually abusing women.

One person tweeted: ‘I just don’t understand how she can get away with ALL these crimes she did. Really disgusting. Really sad. #survivingcardib

‘why isn’t anyone talking about #CardiB and her drugging men then robbing them… like if this were a man for example… this would be a different story. waiting for #survivingcardib’

This comes after Cardi faced criticism for trying to trademark her catchphrase ‘Okurr’ which she did not invent.

It was reported that the rapper was planning to use it on a range of merchandise including paper cups and posters.

In a separate online rant Cardi told her followers over the weekend: ‘You think I ain’t going to profit off this s***? B***h, white folks do it all the the motherf***ing time, so you going to be mad at me because I want some motherf***ing money?’ she said.

‘While I’m still here I’m gonna secure all the f***ing bags,’
