Cardi B  'makes $1million in 24 hours' after launching raunchy fashion line

After launching her second clothing line with Fashion Nova last week, Cardi B is reportedly raking in the cash from the collaboration.

The Bodak Yellow hitmaker has created the line, which features 107 items including blazer and skirt two-pieces, latex wonders and figure-hugging designs, to booming demand.

According to her press release, the line is balanced with “themes of empowerment and rebellion and is inspired by ‘80s and ‘90s influences”.

And while the collection just dropped, it has been reported by TMZ the range has already brought in $1million (£768,000) after being on sale for just 24 hours.

Sources revealed to the website the “second collection with Fashion Nova is already vastly outperforming her first collaboration with the fast-fashion giant.”

“My second Fashion Nova just dropped, I hope you females enjoy it. ”

On Thursday, the star took to her Instagram to reveal to her fans the clothes were now available to buy.

Shortly before gracing the stage at her launch party at the Hollywood Palladium, the star made a quick video introducing the collection.

Standing in one of her designs, she said: “My second Fashion Nova just dropped, I hope you females enjoy it.

“I hope you fellas buy it for your girlfriends, your side bitches, mommas, baby mommas, aunties, your sisters,  I don’t f**king know.

“Thank you guys for all your support, I’m late to my party so I’ll talk to you all later.”

After the popularity of her first collection with the established affordable fashion brand, Cardi  revealed her second range is “sexier.”

Speaking to Elle Magazine, she said: “This time around, the clothes are a little more sexy.

“You’re going to see a lot of skin. A lot of cleavage.”
