Bugzy Malone has broken his silence after getting involved in a serious car accident a few days ago in Manchester.

The rapper shared images of his gruesome injuries as well as the damage done to his quadbike.

He wrote: ‘They tell me I’m lucky to be alive but although I sustained serious injuries at the time I lost consciousness so I don’t remember much, what I do remember is the non-stop love, and just want to say thanks for all the well wishes and prayers you lot caught me off guard with all the support!

‘Lockdown ain’t easy because boredom causes the craziest problems, but be safe regardless…’

The rapper – real name Aaron Davis – shared a clip taken from CCTV of him colliding with a car before flying off the quad bike and landing on the pavement many metres away.

A close-up image of Bugzy’s face showed him covered in parts of the bike as he got taken away in an ambulance.

The star took a video selfie still in the hospital bed and connected to an IV drip while healing from the injuries.

He seemed to have suffered serious rupturing in his left eye and had plasters all over his face.

Video footage initially circulated on Twitter of Bugzy immediately prior to and after the accident, with the 29-year-old seen riding his motorcycle with a friend cheering him on as well as being seen by emergency services after the crash.
