Jungkook from BTS has become the first and only singer to get 10 billion views on his TikTok tag – and it’s only the second hashtag to reach that milestone.

Fans have clicked to view videos tagged with Jungkook’s hashtag over 10 billion times on the video sharing platform – and that number is only set to rise further.

This is just the latest record Jungkook has broken, after he smashed several different social media and chart records recently.

He recently became the longest-charting solo K-Pop artist on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart with Euphoria, racking up an enormous 26 weeks.

The track also sold over four million international copies. making it the best-selling B-side in K-pop, too.

He also became the only person to achieve over two million likes on five of his Twitter posts as well as being named the most-searched Idol on Google and YouTube for 2020 so far, and also held the title for 2019 too

There have also only been two hashtags which have reached 10 billion views on TikTok so far, with the other being for Black Lives Matter

Videos tagged #BlackLivesMatter had become the first to smash the milestone following the protests around the world and the celebrity support behind the movement.

BTS themselves donated $1million (£789,000) to the movement, which was quickly matched by their fans who broke their $1million target in less than a day.

K-pop fans also hopped onto racist hashtags to drown out their messages with fan cams in support of the movement, showing they’re one fandom that can truly take over the world.

At this stage, it’s probably easier to list the records Jungkook hasn’t yet broken – and we’re sure the Army can help him beat a whole load more.
