BTS join TikTok and we cannot wait for the memes

BTS are truly back from their period of rest.

As well as sharing all their antics on Twitter, Instagram and V Live, the boys are about to take over TikTok.

The group has joined the social media app and we reckon that there’s going to be an influx of ARMYs setting up accounts.

BTS’s agency Big Hit Entertainment confirmed the news, tweeting out the K-pop group’s channel.

TikTok allows users to produce short-form videos – think Vine, but updated – so we can expect lots of funny little clips and memes from RM, Jungkook, Jimin, Jin, V, Suga and J-Hope when they start uploading content.

We all know how funny the band can be, so this is one channel you won’t want to miss out on.

The Fake Love singers are already wracking up followers, but they have a long way to go before they beat current top account Loren Gray, who has 33.5 million followers.

Other TikTok superstars include Baby Ariel (29.8 million), Kristen Hancher (23 million) and Jacon Sartorious (21 million).

BTS had a month off from promotion and touring for their official period of rest, with Big Hit confirming they were back at work earlier this month.

The boys are bringing their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour to Saudi Arabia on 11 October before they return to Seoul for three more shows.
