BTS fans go wild as Korean boyband announce TWO London dates on Map Of The Soul tour


BTS fans have lost their minds after the K-Pop band dropped world tour dates, including two in London.

The seven-piece band will kick off their Map Of The Soulworld tour in April with two dates at the Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul on 11 and 12 April, and another two on 18 and 19 April.

BTS – formed of V, Suga, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Jimin and J-Hope – will then travel to the US where they will play in Santa Clara, Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, New Jersey, Washington DC and Chicago, before visiting Toronto in Canada.

They will then head back to Europe where they will perform two dates on 3 and 4 July at Twickenham Stadium, which has a concert capacity of 80,000.

BTS will then visit Berlin and Barcelona, before returning to Asia for stops in ​​Japan and Fukuoka, Osaka, Saitama and Tokyo.

The boys have also teased two additional dates at an unannounced location on 13 and 14 June.

However, reactions from ARMY in UK ranged from over the moon to devastated as the boys revealed their dates.

“BTS ARE IN LONDON ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!” shared one ecstatic fan.

“IM ACTUALLY GOING TO CRY!! IF THIS AINT A SIGN IDK WHAT IS!!”

But another added: “That moment you realise you’re away on a family holiday when
@BTS_twt play London and you feel genuine bitterness towards your innocent & lovely family for picking those dates.”

Ticket sale details for London shows are still to be announced, with US tickets going on sale through Live Nation on 7 February.

Map Of The Soul: 7 arrives on 21 February, and is the follow up to their 2019 album Map Of The Soul: Persona. MORE: K-POP

The group’s name is an acronym for the Korean expression “Bangtan Sonyeondan” which means “Bulletproof Boy Scouts.”

They are also known as Bangtan Boys and have adapted their BTS name to also stand for “Beyond The Scene”.
