David Beckham reportedly wants son Brooklyn to cool things off with girlfriend Hana Cross – but it doesn’t look like he’s listening.
The 20-year-old posted a defiant picture with his model girlfriend in what appeared to be a throwback to Coachella.
The photo saw Brooklyn lifting up Hana, 21, with the model kicking out a leg and beaming away.
Brooklyn simply captioned the snap with a heart, while he also shared a pic of his girlfriend eating dessert to his Instagram story.
This public display of affection comes after reports claimed that daddy David, 44, isn’t the biggest fan of his eldest son’s relationship.
Brooklyn and Hana have been pictured having intense rows at Cannes and crying in Beckham’s car, with reports claiming they fell out in March over Brooklyn getting too drunk on a night out.
A source told The Sun: ‘David’s got a tight bond with Brooklyn and it’s been worrying for him and Victoria to watch him arguing with Hana.
‘They’ve been so up and down these past few weeks and David wants Brooklyn to have a serious think about whether he’s got a future with her.
‘David has asked Brooklyn to spend more time with them all in a bid to get inside his head and help him. He knows that young love can be tough but he doesn’t want these public slanging matches to become a regular theme.
‘Rather than interfering he’s trying to play it cool and just give Brooklyn some advice.’
Doesn’t look like he’s heeding that advice, though.
Brooklyn has been dating Hana since December 2018, with the pair hooking up after he split from Chloe Moretz after a four year long on-off relationship.
The budding photographer was previously linked to Madison Beer and Lexi Wood.
Brooklyn is currently in Miami with his girlfriend and his family, having joined David, Victoria and his siblings in the city where his dad has formed a new football club.
David shared a rare group picture with Victoria, 45, Brookly, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 14, and Harper, seven, to Instagram and wrote: ‘Thank you Miami what a beautiful week, creating special memories & so excited @intermiamicf. So many more to come.’
