Britney Spears pictured for the first time after filing restraining order against former manager

She made waves Tuesday after filing a restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi.

Britney Spears was pictured for the first time since news broke of the filing, being driven around in a white Mercedes Benz G-Wagon that same day.

The pop star, 37, appeared a little tired as he sat quietly beside the driver.

Britney sat at the front seat of the car, gazing towards the distance.

She appeared quiet and was not seen talking with the driver, who also did not seem to be engaging her in conversation.

Britney had her blonde hair pulled up into a ponytail and wore a bit of makeup along her brown eyes.

She appeared comfortable and dressed-down in a white top and pink T-shirt.

Britney is back to her day to day life after completing a 30 day stint at a mental health facility last month.

The pop star checked herself into treatment voluntarily, after her father Jaime’s health became of vital concern, forcing her to put her Las Vegas residency on hiatus.

Though she is back to regular life, Tuesday may have been another long day for Britney.

The pop star is now asking for a restraining order against her former manager, and on Tuesday her attorneys filed paperwork with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Britney’s attorneys said Sam had been repeatedly texting Britney’s mother Lynne, and trying to incite fans with the #FreeBritney movement, which theorizes the star is being held against her will.

The Grammy winner’s camp accused Sam of engaging in ‘vigilante action, bribes and release of private information’ to undermine the pop star’s conservatorship, adding that a restraining order would ‘prevent future harm and further psychological trauma’ to all parties involved.

Sam last week sent a series of texts to Lynne Spears, 64, criticizing her for her lack of action amid the family crisis, Spears’ legal team told the court. He tried to persuade Lynne to ‘disrupt and take over’ the conservatorship, offering a $1,000 sum she declined, according to the outlet.

Sam told the family that he has ‘trunks’ of personal items of Britney’s from when he formerly managed her – and could make them public, according to the court docs.

Attorneys requested in the restraining order that Sam cease all contact with, and remain 200 yards away from, the Make Me… singer; her mother and father Jamie, 66, and sister Jamie Lynn, 28; her sons Sean, 13, and Jayden, 12, with ex-husband Kevin Federline; and her beau Sam Asghari, 25.

Last month Britney called out Sam on social media, claiming he had written emails that were being attributed to her.

‘These fake emails everywhere were crafted by Sam Lutfi years ago… I did not write them.’

She continued, ‘He was pretending to be me and communicating with my team with a fake email address. My situation is unique, but I promise I’m doing what’s best at this moment.’

Sam has since denied the claims.

The filing comes amid a turbulent time in the Spears family, as Lynne and Jamie have been at odds over the administration of the singer’s conservatorship, the outlet reported earlier Monday.

Lynne, saying that Britney is struggling in the wake of her stint at the facility, requested the court give her a say in the ongoing conservatorship.

Lynne would like her lawyer to be involved in a Friday hearing over the conservatorship, at which time they would ask for Lynne to be legally named as part of the conservatorship (but not a co-conservator), the outlet reported.

Sources previously told the outlet that ‘Britney is making bad decisions and it’s a problem,’ citing an issue with her medication she’s taking losing its effectiveness.
