Britney Spears has been keeping herself busy amid her break from music as she practiced her gymnastics in the glorious sunny weather.
Looking like the queen of zen, she put us all to shame with her impressive moves by her pool, in front of a gorgeous mountainous landscape.
Does she ever age? Apparently not.
‘It’s been exactly a year today since I’ve done gymnastics …. lol [cartwheel emoji],’ she wrote on Instagram, sharing a video of herself backflipping all over the place.
‘Such a beautiful day to play outside and work up a sweat with the help of this mate !!! As you can see, my back is too stiff on my back walkovers !!
‘He’s trying to loosen me up and he’s great !!! Such a fun day !!!!’
The 37-year-old’s boyfriend Sam Asghari summed up everyone’s feelings when he commented: ‘Flipping into my heart like [fire emoji].’
Meanwhile, Britney’s been sharing adorable snaps with her beau as they lazed on a boat together, as well as loads of fitness shots and a fair few motivational messages.
All in all, it seems like her break is treating her well.
In fact, it was recently claimed that Brit’s break from music could last up to 10 years after she’s been focusing on her mental health following the conservatorship drama with her dad Jamie.
An insider told Heat magazine: ‘Britney’s made the decision to take a long break from performing.
‘Of course, it was an extremely tough decision, because she loves being on-stage and adores her fans, but she also knows it’s a necessary step.’
However, she’s been making sure to check in with fans, recently saying she hopes they haven’t forgotten about her.
As if we could ever, girl.
‘I hope y’all haven’t forgotten about me!!!’ she began the message, posted alongside a shot of her on stage doing her thing.
‘I’m taking this transition in my life to focus on what I really want … I’ve been working nonstop, well, since I was 8 years old in the business.
‘Sometimes it’s good to stop and reflect !!!! Miss you all … I really do have the best fans in the world !!! #fbf (sic)’
She definitely deserves it.
