In a Tweet he announced it was amongst the latest additions, stating: “BAHRAIN, CHILE, ICELAND, CAMBODIA, LAOS, UAE, QATAR and TURKS & CAICOS ISLANDS have been ADDED to the #TravelCorridor list.
“If you arrive from these countries after 4am on Saturday 14th November you will NOT need to self-isolate.”
Holidaymakers had previously been faced with 14-days of isolation on their return home.
It is a welcome addition to travel industry insiders, who have applauded the move.
