British Airways named one of worst airlines in new Which? report

British Airways and Ryanair have been ranked has two of the worst short-haul airlines in a new Which? report.

Vueling Airlines also appeared at the bottom of the list.

The findings come from the annual Which? Travel airline survey, which ranks airlines based on the experiences of the 6,500 survey participants.

British Airways also fell to the penultimate position in the survey’s ranking of the best long-haul flights, while American Airlines was ranked the worst.

On the other end of the spectrum, Guernsey’s Aurigny airline was named as the best short-haul carrier, followed by Jet2, SAS and Aer Lingus. However, it is worth noting that for the short-haul survey Aurigny received just 34 responses while British Airways received 831.

For long-haul flights, Singapore Airlines took the top spot with Qatar Airways, Emirates and Virgin Atlantic in second, third and fourth respectively.
