Adam, 38, twirled Rosie, 21, around upside down while she was doing the splits during their TV appearance on Lorraine ahead of the semi-final on Monday.

Their risky performance comes after Rosie shared her concerns the pair’s routine could be dangerous but she stressed the duo trust each other completely.

Rosie told The Mirror: ‘I’ve got to trust him not to drop me and crack my head on the floor like an egg, but he has to trust me.

‘If I go into a position wrong or I move an arm and a leg in the wrong place, he has to save me. There is a lot of trust there. He’s actually Mr Health and Safety. I’m the daredevil.’

While the duo looked fearless during their TV demo, Rosie admitted she was ‘definitely nervous’ ahead of Monday’s semi-final.

Of course the stakes are high as the couple, who embarked on a whirlwind romance, garnered four yeses for their audition.

The pair will go head-to-head with Golden Buzzer act Akshat Singh, Flakefleet Primary School and singer Brian Gilligan.

Rosie told Lorraine Kelly: ‘There’s a lot more at stake for this routine so I’m definitely nervous. I’m sure Adam does too; he’s got the more important job really.

The lovebirds discovered they had a romantic connection as well as a flourishing skating partnership.
