Brit Awards 2021: All the winners from the biggest night in music where women reigned supreme

The Brit Awards are back, baby. On Tuesday evening, stars served some major looks on the red carpet (we see you Little Mix) at the 41st Brit Awards. Over 4,000 unmasked guests were in attendance during the show, which kicked off with performances from Coldplay and Dua Lipa (and a cameo from the Line of Duty cast!).

Arlo Parks started the night with her win for Best Breakthrough Act, while Dua Lipa won best Female Solo Act (she later went on to win Album of the Year too) and J Hus took home the gong for Male Solo Act.

The most major looks served on the Brits red carpet, including Dua Lipa channelling Amy Winehouse (!!!)

Little Mix made history after *finally* winning the title of Best British Group – making them the first girl band in the history of the Brits to do so (about time, we know!).

The night also saw an ethereal performance from Olivia Rodrigo, singing her hit single ‘Drivers License’ live for the first time, and Olly Alexander of Years and Years joined Elton John on stage for the synth-pop single, ‘It’s a Sin’. Plus, there was a surprise appearance from Michelle Obama, who announced The Weeknd as the winner of best International Male Solo Artist.

Our guy, Harry Styles, also took home the award for Best British Single for summer 2020’s biggest bop, ‘Watermelon Sugar’. Taylor Swift also became the first female recipient of the Global Icon award, saying: “There is no career path that comes free of negativity, if you’re met with resistance that probably means you’re doing something new.”
