Mo Farah missed out on London Marathon glory as Eliud Kipchoge won the men’s elite event, with the Brit coming fifth.
Kipchoge romped to a fourth victory in the second-fastest time ever run at a marathon of 2:02:39.
Farah disappointed and finished down in fifth place, never really troubling the front runners.
In the women’s event Brigid Kosgei beat favourites Mary Keitany and Vivian Cheruiyot, clocking a time of 2:18:20.
Dan Romanchuk won the men’s wheelchair race and Manuela Schar won the women’s wheelchair event.
