The 330g jars by the Spice Emporium come in various flavours, including one that tastes of street food.

B&M hasn’t yet confirmed the ingredients, but said the salt is available in most of its shops across the UK.

To avoid disappointment, simply give your local store a ring before heading over. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.

The salt was spotted by Darren Myers, a veterinary worker from Liverpool, who told The Sun it tastes “wonderful” and like Nando’s own spice.

He said: “It’s lightly saltier than the Nando’s version but it’s lovely.”

Darren shared his find in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook, where he wrote: “Huge Piri Piri salt in B&M. £1 compared to the size of the Nando’s one.”

It’s proved popular among other Nando’s fans, with one tagging her friend and writing: “I got this last week!

“Amazing you need it.. different flavours too.”

While another simply added: “We need this!!,” and a third wrote: “It’s so good!”

The salt hasn’t been a success with everyone though, with one commenting: “They are pure salt binned all three of mine.”

If you’re a Nando’s fan, it may be worth popping by B&M for the salt as it’s offering a much cheaper price than the chicken chain’s own seasoning.

This costs £1.90 at Asda and Tesco for a 70g jar, or you can get it for £2 at Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.
