Blondie: Debbie Harry and Chris Stein announce UK Tour with UNIQUE treat for fans

They are one of the greatest and most iconic duos in rock and pop history. Not only did Harry and Stein pen and perform some of the most seminal tracks of all time, they also have a hell of a lot of stories to tell from the last 40 years. Fans will have an extraordinary chance to get up close and personal with the superstar pair later this Spring as they take a new show on the road. It’s a unique chance to hang out with rock royalty and audience members will also get the chance to ask their idols questions during the evening.

Legendary frontwoman Debbie Harry and the band’s co-founder, guitarist and songwriter, Chris Stein will embark on an ambitious “In Conversation” Tour from April 22.

The evening will be a unique chance for fans to hear first hand about five decades of Blondie, investigating their lives as artists and creative partners.

Each show will be centred around Chris and Debbie’s recent acclaimed books and take in everything from the groundbreaking music itself to their adventures in 1970s New York, their work and play with artists from The Ramones to H.R. Giger and David Cronenberg – plus touring, acting, photography and beyond.

Debbie Harry’s best selling autobiography, Face It, was released at the end of last year and crowned “the ultimate rock n roll memoir,” by The Sunday Times.

Chris Stein translated his passion for photography into two highly acclaimed photo works – Negative and Point of View.

The tour will delve deeper into the pair’s extraordinary lives and pioneering artistry but will also include Q&A sessions with the audience able to directly talk to their idols.
