THEO Campbell is desperately hoping that he will regain his sight following his accident.
Yesterday the 28-year-old revealed that he has gone blind in his right eye after being hit by a champagne cork while partying in Ibiza.

But despite his recent trauma the Love Island 2017 star seemed optimistic as he answered questions on his girlfriend, Kaz Crossley’s Instagram earlier today.
“Is he going to be blind forever?” one fan asked.
Theo replied: “I always preach about being patient and having hope. I think the body, especially my body can heal from anything so I am going to get some vitamins and a lot of darkness.”
The accident happened while Theo was partying with pals at O Beach in Ibiza on Sunday, however according to the couple he is due to stay in for a few more days.

Kaz, 24, explained: “He’s been here since Sunday and we just saw the doctor’s again and they said that he will be at least in another two days because we need to wait for the antibiotics to work.”
The Love Island beauty flew out to the island after he rang her sobbing on the way into surgery.
She opened up about how she was coping with the ordeal, after a fan quizzed her on Theo’s positive attitude, saying: “He’s had his ups and downs so I’ve just made sure that I’m there to support him, but he’s normally quite a positive person overall and he’s always got a positive outlook on life.”
The couple also went into more depth about how the accident had occurred.

“Champagne got in Theo’s eye and he took his glasses off and put his head down and there was basically someone that popped a champagne bottle directly under his face and unfortunately the cork went right on his eye,” explained Kaz.
But, she added that Theo “holds no hate” for the person who popped the champagne.
“He doesn’t know who did it, every one was spraying champagne, but he knows it was an accident and holds no hate. He’s not that kind of person,” she explained.
Meanwhile, another fan questioned how serious the eye injury really was, as Kaz revealed he had to have 7 stitches.

She said: “It was really serious and basically when it happened the eye was basically opened and there was a big gash down the middle, which is why he had to go into surgery to get stitches, and then he had to go into surgery again to get more stitches.”
Theo first alerted fans to the incident as he shared an image of himself with an eye patch on, while lying with Kaz yesterday, captioned: “Thanks for all the messages and support I’ve got over the last couple days they’re all very much appreciated.
“So yeah basically 2 eye surgeries later after a really unfortunate accident, I’ve lost all vision in my right eye as it got split in half, who would have thought a champagne cork would be the end of me..”
He added: “But I still have 1 eye left, looking at the bright side of things. Thanks for flying out to look after me as well babe.

Theo was inundated with messages of support from his friends, including Love Island host Caroline Flack, who wrote: “Send Love xxx”.
Georgia Harrison commented: “Love you more than anything in the world. Nothing will hold you back I promise xxxxxxxx.”
Marcel Somerville, who was on the show with him, wrote: “Ah bro sorry to hear this news, everything will be bless g, mad things happen in life but we roll with the punches. Mans jus got a new niche fashion accessory to rock.”

And Laura Anderson added: “Omg! This is insane. Hopefully see you both soon. Glad @kazcrossley is there to look after you. Story to tell the grand kids hey.”
But one person who didn’t join in with the well wishers on Instagram was Kaz’s ex-boyfriend Josh Denzel, 28.
Kaz split from Josh in January and later went public with Theo in May of this year after spending time filming together in Thailand and the pair have been inseparable ever since.
As the news broke that Theo had lost sight in his right eye, Josh posted a meme on twitter which fans interpreted as a dig.

The meme features RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jasmine Masters looking shocked and yelling out the phrase “And I oop” after accidentally hitting herself in the crotch while recording a YouTube video.
Since the video was originally uploaded in 2015, it has gone viral and and is generally used to both express surprise and also throw shade.
Fans quickly clocked the timing of Josh’s use of the meme coinciding with Theo’s injury, prompting Josh to swiftly delete it.
Speaking about her ex’s post during the Q&A session with fans earlier today, Kaz revealed: “I haven’t personally seen anything but I have been getting a lot of these similar messages, so I don’t know if it’s been deleted.

“I have heard that Josh has messaged Theo privately to message him all the best, which I thought was really nice.”
Although she later added: “Sounds about right. Funny he decides to message A private sob story after he deleted it.
“Luckily Theo couldn’t care less about josh’s indirect’s as we have now lost count.”
