BRITS can get free tickets to Blackpool Pleasure Beach this weekend, depending on what their job is.
Ambulance crew, firefighters and police officers can all nab free tickets on April 28 in celebration of National Superhero Day.
To celebrate “real-life superheroes,” anyone who works in the emergency services can get a free ticket to enter the park.
All that is need is proof of identification such as a work pass when entering the park to show they work for the Fire, Police, Ambulance or Coastguard.
With wristbands costing up to £39, the saving can be had when booking alongside a full-priced adult ticket.
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is also home to the tallest rollercoaster in the UK, The Big One.
Measuring 213 feet (65m), it was the tallest in the world for two years until Fujiyama in Japan opened in 1996.
National Super Hero Day is on April 28, and was first announced in 1995.
It isn’t the only freebie to be had this weekend – Madam Tussauds Blackpool is offering free tickets all weekend.
The only catch is that you have to dress as a Marvel Superhero.
Ahead of the film premier of Avengers: Endgame, both Saturday and Sunday visitors will be able to escape the entry fee.
As long as they are recognisably a superhero, a saving of £18 can be had.
If the weekend is a washout, Brits can head inside to save money instead.

If it does rain when you happen to be at a theme park, you could end up with free tickets for another day.
