Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber finally met at Coachella 2019 this weekend but frankly, it’s not clear who is the bigger fan of whom.

Fresh from her historic album success, Billie, 17, gave her first ever performance at the Palm Springs music festival on Saturday.

There were a few special guests in the audience such as Orlando Bloom but Billie had the pleasure of meeting one in particular.

Justin, 25, watched her incredible set from the wings and tweeted: ‘Proud of you @billieeilish’.

Erm, the ultimate seal of approval?

The pair were later caught on camera hugging it out during their first meeting and it was the sweetest moment.

It comes after Billie revealed Justin casually slid into her Instagram DMs recently.

Hinting at a possible collaboration, Billie teased: ‘One day you’ll find out [what was said], but that s**t was crazy.’

While the details of their conversation are under wraps for now, the Ocean Eyes singer did reveal that Justin sent her a screenshot of a DM she’d sent him back in 2014.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Billie continued: ‘You know how when you follow somebody, you can see everything they DM’d you in the past? It felt good and it felt bad at the same time.

‘It started when I was, like, 12, I believe,’ she admitted, adding that she had ‘big a*s’ posters of Justin on her bedroom wall.’

She continued: ‘He’s amazing. He’s so sweet and, like, I feel – just, honestly, I feel for him, man. He’s been through a lot, dude.’

Billie’s having a fantastic time right now. The teen released her debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? in March and it soared to number one on the UK charts, making Billie the youngest female solo artist to claim the top spot.

The record is showing no signs of slowing down as it’s held onto the number one for a second week.
