On a night dedicated to Diddy’s 50th birthday it was Beyoncé who stole the show as she and husband Jay Z helped the versatile star celebrate on Saturday evening.
The R&B star, 38, stunned in a floral embellished black evening gown with an off-the-shoulder detail that served to partially expose her cleavage as she posed for photos at the Los Angeles event.
With a revealing thigh-high slash the dress added an extra touch of sophistication to an already glamorous red carpet.

Meanwhile husband Jay, 50, looked dapper as he gave Diddy, real name Sean Combs, a hug and toasted his birthday with a glass of champagne.
The billionaire wore a black velvet blazer to the event which he paired with matching trousers and a crisp white shirt and a bow tie.
Jay-Z, who is father to Blue Ivy, 7, and two-year-old twins Sir and Rumi with Beyonce, also caught up with some other friends at the bash including fellow guests Pharrell Williams and Kanye West.

Beyonce’s appearance at the event comes after she discussed receiving criticism over her weight while also touching upon the joys of motherhood in one of her most candid interviews to date.
The singer has expressed that after ’15 years of fluctuations’ she feels more ‘womanly and secure’ than ever before, claiming in response to trolls: ‘Giving zero f***s is the most liberating place to be’
Showcasing her style credentials in a kooky photoshoot with ELLE UK – shot by director Melina Matsoukas – the mother-of-three also explained that motherhood has taught her to ‘value herself beyond physical appearance.’

She said: ‘If someone told me 15 years ago that my body would go through so many changes and fluctuations, and that I would feel more womanly and secure with my curves, I would not have believed them.
‘But children and maturity have taught me to value myself beyond my physical appearance and really understand that I am more than enough no matter what stage I’m at in life.’
She added: ‘Giving zero f***s is the most liberating place to be. Also knowing true beauty is something you cannot see.

While she may not have got to enjoy the festivities at Diddy’s party, Beyonce celebrated her 30th birthday with her husband at the beginning of September.
The rapper posted a photo from his wife’s childhood to Instagram with the caption: ‘Fun Fact: Beyoncé was born on her big cousin Marlese Bowers (Tina sister Flo daughter Birthday) Happy 44th to Marlese & Happy 38th to B!’

Soon after her mother Tina Knowles joined in with the pair were seen posing together in a photo shared to Instagram.
Tina wrote: ’38 years ago today you came into my life and I know without a shred of doubt that God sent you!!!’
‘I had recently lost my mom and never thought that I could feel that particular kind of love again.
‘The moment I saw you I knew that that was IT!!!! We’ve been the best of friends since then. You have brought me such Joy and pride and love and friendship!!!’
Jay-Z also surprised Beyonce with a cake during his Made In America Festival to continue the celebrations.
