He’s the Amazing Race Australia host who is currently holidaying in Bali, Indonesia

And Beau Ryan and his wife Kara have both taken to Instagram on Sunday to wish their daughter Remi a happy seventh birthday.

The 34-year-old former NRL star shared a hilarious snap of his daughter pulling a face as he kissed her cheek.

‘Happy birthday to my everything. I’m so proud to be your Daddy,’ he wrote.

Beau added: ‘I love that you still love me kissing your face off.’

He then jokingly warned any of her school friends to not get any ideas.

‘And for those wondering I’m the only guy that’s allowed to kiss her. If any of the boys at your school try, I want to remind you that I have lebo mates, a shovel and an alibi,’ he wrote in the caption.

Kara added: ‘You are the best big sister to Jesse, he is so Lucky you are so calm and patient with him. We love you beyond words.’ 

The couple share Remi and two-year-old son Jesse. 

Earlier this year, Beau had to leave his family for five weeks while shooting The Amazing Race Australia.

At the time, the former footy star said it was ‘so hard’ because he was ‘a needy guy’.
