Michelle Keegan looked totally carefree as she strolled along a beach in a bikini after quitting her role on Our Girl.

The actress hasn’t only said goodbye to the BBC drama, she said goodbye to the UK altogether as she jetted off to the Caribbean for some winter sun.

Michelle had her beach fashion on lock as she went for a walk along the water.

With her long dark hair loose, the Brassic star rocked big sunglasses, a white, patterned bikini top and a brown, knitted skirt with tassles around the bottom.

She carried a straw handbag over one arm and her sandals in the other hand to feel all that gorgeous warm sand between her toes. She’ll have a mare getting it all out later though.

And we’re loving the retro ankle bracelet too.

Michelle was in her own world as she listened to music on her jaunt, which probably help fend off any holidaymakers who might try to get a selfie during her down time.

Michelle has been living it up in Jamaica with husband Mark Wright over the last week as the couple spend some quality time together for the TV presenter’s birthday.

Of course the ex-Coronation Street star has been updating fans with stunning snaps from their holiday together, including one of Michelle in a white sarong looking out over the water.

The pair also got soppy as they sat together staring at a beautiful sunset, with Michelle adding the caption: ‘With love’.

Mark shared his own loved up photo on Instagram and added: ‘Happiness summed up in 1 pic. Living, Laughing, Loving. Jamaica you made my birthday week so special.’

Sadly the couple will be heading home today as Mark shared a video of himself enjoying ‘the last rum punch of the trip’.

Just get us on a plane already!

Michelle recently revealed the next series of Our Girl, set to air this year, will be her last. She played the role of army medic Georgie Lane for four years.

‘I’ve loved every second of the adventure so it was a very hard decision to make not to return,’ she told The Sun.

‘I feel it is the right time to explore other exciting opportunities but I’m so happy to be part of the new series coming soon so it’s not the end just yet.’

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! winner Jacqueline Jossa is reportedly tipped to replace her.
