Louise’s figure took centre-stage as the sheer material flashed her white bra underneath as she spoke to two World Triathlon competitors.

“Brilliant performances at World Triathlon Series Grand Final. Highlights on BBC 2 tomorrow and it’s a wrap!”

She uploaded a picture of her standing in front of a ferry in skintight gym wear as she told fans what point she had got to in the competition.
She captioned the snap: “First sight of the fjord I will be swimming in for Norseman and I know I have to jump of a ferry in the dark, hoping it’s smaller than this cruise ship!
“This time I am not just competing because it’s a massive challenge but also to raise money for an excellent charity, thanks for all of your support, it’s much appreciated.”
