Barcelona are reportedly unhappy with Denis Suarez’s current situation at Arsenal.
The forward was Unai Emery’s only signing in January after Arsenal held extensive talks with Barcelona throughout the winter window.
At Suarez’s insistence, Barcelona relented to Arsenal’s demands and agreed to loan the attacker to the London side.
Barcelona wanted an obligation-to-buy clause in the deal, but Arsenal refused to commit to a permanent move in the summer.
Suarez is still waiting for his first start under Emery and Goal claim Barcelona are unhappy with the Spaniard’s treatment in London.
Barcelona expected Suarez to play regularly since Emery pushed hard to sign the 25-year-old.
Instead, Suarez has played just four times and his price tag appears to be dropping by the week.
Barcelona aimed to cash in on Suarez either by selling him to Arsenal or another club.
Arsenal can buy Suarez outright in the summer, but reports claim it is becoming increasingly unlikely Emery will take up that option.
