Many will remember the children’s TV show Balamory – which followed four characters living in bright houses on the fictional island community off the west coast of Scotland.
Spencer the painter – portrayed by Rodd Christensen – was one of the well-loved characters who won the hearts of viewers by painting pictures and decorating all the colourful houses in Balamory village on the CBeebies hit.
His famous ladder had musical steps, with each run making a different sound, and he was the only American resident.
But his real-life daughter’s career choice caused a stir in recent years – after made a name for herself as a sexy model and porn actress under the name Skin Diamond.
Actor Rodd is father to Raylin Joy – who has featured in Penthouse magazine – and since swapping Scotland for Los Angeles she has been hoping to put her adult film days behind her as she has dreams of becoming a pop sensation.

The beauty previously said that living as her alter ego Skin Diamond led to her “losing sight” of her true self.
She told the Daily Record in 2017: “I’ve given so much of my sexuality to the public for such a long time. Now it’s time to show them something else.
“I realised I was so focused on work all the time that I was living this Skin Diamond persona 24/7 and losing sight of who I was as a person.”
Raylin said that she felt “shyer” about releasing music than filming porn because it is “taking a piece of my soul” and “putting it out there to be judged.”

“It’s an interesting transition. As an empowered woman, I think it’s important to take charge of your sexuality. I found the adult industry very empowering,” she added.
Raylin, whose boyfriend Ben Cole works as her producer, also told that her music will is provocative.
