Back To The Future stars Christopher Lloyd and Michael J Fox have reunited 35 years after the film’s release.

We cannot deal.

The two stars were seen hanging out at a fundraising event for the Michael J Fox foundation, which raises money for research surrounding Parkinson’s disease, and also posed for a snap which Michael happily shared to Instagram.

‘All in with @mrchristopherlloyd at @michaeljfoxorg Poker
Night!’ he wrote.

Of course, fans could not believe the two actors had
reunited after so long.

‘I freaking love you guys! Doc and Marty!’ one excited fan
wrote in the comments.

‘All these years later and you two still hang out, that’s
real man,’ another added.

‘My childhood heroes,’ another comment read.

The two actors, who starred as Marty McFly and Doc Brown in the franchise, have continued to make appearances together over the years.

Back in 2018, Christopher and Michael also got together with their co-stars Thomas Wilson and Lea Thompson, and the four had also previously reunited in 2015 for the original film’s 30th anniversary.

Some fans hoped that this could potentially lead to a fourth film in the Back To The Future franchise.

However, unfortunately it looks like a further sequel in the film series is not in the works.

Viewers have previously wondered if a remake of the original film, which was released in 1985, had ever been considered – but the film’s director, Robert Zemeckis, wasn’t having any of it.

‘Oh, God no,’ he simply replied when asked in 2015 if he would allow a remake to be made.

‘That can’t happen until Bob and I are dead,’ he added. ‘And
them I’m sure they’ll do it, unless there’s a way our estates can stop it.

‘I mean to me, that’s outrageous. Especially since it’s a good movie.’

We have to agree.
