BACHELOR star Peter Weber raised eyebrows when he offered a generous hand to contestant Victoria Paul but placed his palm dangerously high on her inner thigh – and fans took notice.
During this week’s episode of the ABC show, the handsome Pilot, 28, attempted to help the stunning blonde, 27, into a small airplane for an intimate one-on-one date.
While the Louisiana nurse stepped into the aircraft, an excited Peter can be seen with his hand VERY high up on the inside of his date’s leg as he gave a helpful push.
Viewers of the show quickly took notice of the scandalous moment and questioned the leading man’s method.
One fan tweeted: “WHO HELPS SOMEONE UP LIKE THAT???? HAND PLACEMENT IN INNER THIGH??”
“That was a real high thigh grab Peter,” another viewer noticed.
“Did Peter just put his hands in between Victoria’s legs?? Eww. If it’s our first date don’t touch me there. Thank you,” a disgusted Twitter user wrote.
Angry fans of the latest season have begged former Bachelorette contestant Mike Johnson, 31, to come back and be The Bachelor after being left less-than-impressed with the current season.
Many viewers of the hit ABC show were hopeful the beloved Texas native – who also appeared on Bachelor in Paradise – would be crowned with the highly-coveted title before it was announced in September 2019 that Pilot Pete snagged the honor.
After being eliminated in week 7 last season by Hannah Brown, 25, Bachelor Nation thought it was a no-brainer to cast the charming gentleman as the first person of color to lead a season of The Bachelor.
Fans thought the Air Force vet was robbed and after being left less-than-impressed with the windmill expert’s new season, their fears have been proven right – and they’ve called for action.
A livid viewer said: ”This season keeps proving that abc f***d over america as well as mike johnson for not making him the bachelor and in this essay I will.”
“Skipping this season cause Mike Johnson should’ve been the bachelor,” another fan wrote.
Despite an apparent dip in ratings, The Bachelor continues to comfortably top Monday night’s each week.
The Bachelor airs Mondays on ABC at 8/7c.
