Avengers superheroes Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth have both been nominated for favourite movie actor in the Kids Choice Awards 2020.

The Marvel movies have impressed fans all over the world as Tom Holland, Scarlet Johannsson and Brie Larson have all been nominated for their killer roles.

With that many MCU shout outs, the stars are going to have to talk it out when only one (from each category) can walk out with an award.

Chris E’s role as Captain America in Avengers: Endgame and Chris H’s role as the one and only Thor in the same movie has us feeling that maybe the entire cast should win something.

Favourite movie nominations include Aladdin, Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Jumanji: The Next Level, Spider-Man: Far From Home and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Besides a Kids Choice Award, Endgame had also received an Oscar nomination for visual effects but lost out to 1917.

While we impatiently wait for Chris squared and Avengers to win awards, the next film is already well underway.

Kevin Feige – who worked on Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War –  admitted that they need to focus on individual characters films first but we don’t have to worry about our eight favourite heroes not coming back.

‘The MCU is all interconnected, but we really focus on one movie at a time,’ he said to Omlette in December 2019.

‘We’re going to make the best Black Widow movie we can possibly make, the best Eternals movie we can make, the best Shang-Chi, the best Doctor Strange, Thor, Captain Marvel, Black Panther… and keep evolving their stories.

‘Then, yes, it is always fun to see them come together in a master plan. Which is, I promise you well underway.’

Considering Marvel has seven movies dates between now and May 2022 and eight TV shows on the horizon for Disney+, we’ve got enough to keep occupied until the next Avengers film does eventually come out.

Back in October 2019, Marvel producer Trinh Tran even suggested that it could be an entire ten years before we get another Infinity Saga-level event.

It’s a good thing we’re willing to wait.
