Australia's Got Talent winner Jack Vidgen, 22, looks unrecognisable on The Voice

What a transformation! Jack Vidgen, 22, looks like a completely different person as he auditions for The Voice eight years after winning Australia’s Got Talent

Jack Vidgen was a baby faced 14-year-old when he won Australia’s Got Talent in 2011.

But the aspiring singer, now 22, has completely transformed his appearance over the past eight years.

Having returned to the spotlight as a contestant on The Voice, Jack was hardly recognisable in a promotional photo released by Channel Nine on Sunday.

Reflecting on his teenage years in the spotlight, Jack said this week: ‘I went from being just some kid to fame and money and everything.

‘Somewhere along the line I just fell out of love with music. I quit completely. I just felt alone and at rock bottom. I haven’t been on a stage in over five years.’

After winning Australia’s Got Talent in 2011, Jack released two successful albums, even reaching No. 3 in the ARIA charts with his single Yes I Am.

But since parting ways with label Sony Music Australia in 2014, Jack has mostly stayed out of the celebrity spotlight.

'I went from being just some kid to fame and money and everything,' said Jack, 22, while reflecting on his rise to fame on AGT back in 2011, while aged just 14

In his recent pictures, Jack is barely recognisable from his Australia’s Got Talent days.

Although he’s kept his trademark blonde hair, Jack has since switched his floppy bangs for a trendy undercut with wavy quiff.

Despite showcasing a much plumper pout these days, the musician hit back at rumours he has had lip fillers.

‘Omg have people heard of a thing called puberty?’ Jack tweeted in 2017, after fans questioned if he’d turned had any cosmetic work done.

The Voice returns to screens on May 19 on Channel Nine.
