Audrina Patridge clashed with ex-husband Corey Bohan, after he allegedly breached their custody agreement while looking after the couple’s daughter Kirra, three.
The BMX rider, 37, reportedly failed to drop off Kirra on the right day, while looking after her over Independence Day celebrations in the US.
They alternate on Independence Days each year – but Corey reportedly didn’t turn up on 4 July with their tot.
TMZ claims Corey is meant to return the three-year-old to the Hills: New Beginnings star, 34, every Thursday at 10am at California’s Costa Mesa police department
A ‘frantic’ Audrina apparently couldn’t reach him by phone and was said to be even more concerned because an earthquake had struck Southern California that same day.
The publication reports Kirra was found at home with Corey at his house at around 10.45am after police conducted a welfare check.
Sources claimed the Australian thought it was his day to look after Kirra, not Audrina’s, and that his accidental no-show had been a mix-up.
But, insiders say Audrina now wants to file a contempt of court order against Corey.
A rep for Audrina declined to comment when contacted by Metro.co.uk.
The exes announced an end to their 10-month marriage in September 2017 and in the same week, the mum-of-one filed a restraining order against her ex for allegedly ‘pushing her’ while holding their baby.
She cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ following an alleged violent bust-up.
A source told People at the time that Audrina was ‘afraid of how he would retaliate when she filed for divorce’.
After 10 years of dating Corey on and off, the reality star is officially single again, although Spencer Pratt recently claimed Audrina’s romance with Justin Bobby Brescia could be back on.
