The former Made in Chelsea babe isn’t shy when it comes to advocating for body confidence.
And Ashley James took a step back from her DJ set to strip fully naked to share a few kind words with her followers.
The 30-year-old took to her official Instagram account to share the tasteful shot with her 229,000 fans.
Posing while topless, the beauty seductively stared into the camera lens while cupping her chest.
Turning her back slightly to the camera, she managed to leave much to the imagination.
Using the moment to share her thoughts, she wrote: “Young, wild and free. And yes, even in my 30s I am young!
“It upsets me so much hearing friends and other girls talk about themselves as if they are old, especially in relation to dating.
“The amount of times I hear people lament being single, or say time is running out, or they need to lower their standards to find a guy.
“I hope to be alive and young-spirited 50 years from now, like Lady Style, a lady I started visiting and who became my friend at 97 and who believed the best days of her life were still to come.”
Ashley continued by revealing the lady had died at age of 104 and “always” drank a bottle of wine with her every day.
She wrote: “Her advice to me was always to enjoy life and fall in love as much as possible: with people, things, adventures.
“She (we) always drank a bottle of wine every day. She always said that stress was a worse drug, and I always think of that because I stress a lot.”
