Five weeks in, the reality of motherhood has set in, with the 34-year-old sharing her exhausting schedule in an Instagram Stories post on Sunday.
Alongside a photo in which she crossed out her eyes and explained she was ‘too dead to care’ the former My Kitchen Rules explained what her nights are like.

She wrote: ‘Hey peeps with no kids, want to know what a night with a five week old is like? No? Too bad? I’ll tell ya anyway’.
Ash then listed off: ‘Goes to bed at 10pm. Wakes to feed at 1am. 3.30am. 4.30 am. 6.30am’.
Over the top of the image, Ash played The Beatles song, I’m So Tired, with lyrics that state: ‘I’m so tired, I haven’t slept a wink’.
