If your flight has been cancelled with WOW air, how and whether you can claim your money back will depend on who you booked your flights with.

If you used a credit card or the flights were part of a holiday with a package provider, you may be able to claim compensation as well as find alternative flights.

You can find out how here.

For those who booked independently and have travel insurance, they should look for the words “scheduled airline failure insurance” (SAFI) – only these will offer compensation for cancelled flights in this instance.
