Arsenal have been tipped to sign a new striker with three of Mikel Arteta’s forwards facing uncertain futures at the club.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has not played for Arsenal since early December and was stripped of the club’s captaincy following a disciplinary breach.
Arteta is also having to contend with the expiring contracts of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah.
Nketiah, 22, reportedly looks set to join Newcastle this month, while the future of Lacazette is by no means resolved.
