Arsenal face losing Dani Ceballos transfer battle with three La Liga clubs interested

But circumstances could change as the Daily Star claims Zidane has included Ceballos on a 12-man list to be sold this summer to fund his transfer plans.

As a result, Betis could be the preferred option for Ceballos next season.

The Spaniard is a graduate of Betis’ academy and he spent three seasons at the club before securing his move to Real in 2017.

“I knew about the interest in me from Valencia,” Ceballos explained. “There was also talk of Sevilla and Betis.

“When you’re linked with these clubs, it’s because of something. I’m a big Betis fan and it would be difficult to play for Sevilla.

“I’d only play for Betis, they’re my team and the one that gave me a chance of being a footballer.”
