IF you’re looking to get a head start on Christmas presents for the kids, or simply wanting to treat them to a new toy, then you’d want to check out Argos – and quick.
The online retailer has slashed the prices of a range of popular toys – including LOL Surprise toys – and mums and dads are racing to bag a bargain for their youngsters.
Alerting bargain hunters of the news, one mum shared her find online and urged people to check out the discounted range of products – with some starting as little as £3.50.
Posting in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, where all good bargains are shared, the mum wrote: “If anyone has lol mad kiddies like me these are reduced to £3.50 plus it’s a double pack.”
The money-saving pack she’s referring to is the LOL Surprise Lils, which is a mystery box containing one doll and four other surprises.
But as it’s a two-pack, shoppers will be treated to two mystery dolls which make up a collection of 18 assorted characters.

The item is originally priced at £14, so there’s very little wonder as to why eager parents are rushing to snap them up.
Commenting one the post, one another shopper said: “They’ve got about 4 different lol reduced and poopsie things just ordered them all .”
And she’s right because you can also pick up a LOL Surprise Fluffy Pets Winter Disco and LOL Surprise Fuzzy Pets for a tiny £3.50 as well.
If you can stretch your budget a little further, though, the retailer has a range of other toys on sale too.
While they might not be as cheap as £3.50, they are still a small fraction of the their original sale price.

One woman shared how bought a beautiful doll for her daughter for just £12.50 – despite the original price tag marked at £50.
It was too good to miss, it seems, as another mum said: “I picked mine up for my little girls yesterday, I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful dolls I have ever seen and so life like definitely worth it for £12.50”
Elsewhere, another thrilled parent spotted a Pets Alive bargain with the £25 robotic llama reduced to a tiny £6.25.
The woman claims “it’s the cheapest I’ve seen it” and it seems others agree as many voiced their desire to buy one too.
