In a word, no they are not, however they are continue to co-parent their daughter True as they self isolate together during the coronavirus pandemic.
A source told Hollywood Life: “Tristan has been quarantined with Khloe for the sole sake of True.
“He’s trying to be a responsible parent. Khloe and Tristan are both taking this extremely seriously. Khloe invited Tristan to LA so that he didn’t catch anything or infect anyone. The virus really freaked her out since so many NBA players were testing positive for it.
“They are not back together. Khloe doesn’t know if they’ll be able to rekindle their romance at this time, but she definitely still has romantic feelings for him. She keeps telling those close to her that you never know what will transpire, but for now, they’re hiding out in LA.”

When did Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson split up?
On February 20, 2019 it was revealed that Khloe had split from Tristan after he cheated on her with her sister Kylie’s best friend Jordyn Wood.
Khloe was shocked to find out that Jordyn, who the Kardashians consider ‘family’, had “made out” with her boyfriend at a house party, insiders said at the time.
Onlookers reportedly saw them cuddling and being intimate at a party.
This was the final straw for Khloe had she has ended the relationship.

The former couple were together for just over two years.
The pair were first rumoured to be seeing each other in September 2016, when they were both spotted leaving Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles within minutes of each other.
They officially confirmed their relationship shortly after Khloe’s divorce from husband Lamar Odom had finally been settled at the end of 2016.
