Love Island altered its aftercare system following the death of Mike, with Islanders being given training on how to deal with social media and adjusting to life outside of the villa.

It’s believed that Islanders are given a minimum of eight therapy sessions when they leave the villa and are in proactive contact with bosses until 14-months until the end of the next series.

Caroline fronted Love Island from its debut in 2015 and resigned shortly before the current series kicked off.

She was subsequently replaced by close pal, Laura Whitmore.
