Amy Duggar of TV's Counting On shares baby bump image with Lauren, Kendra, Anna and Abbie

Amy Duggar is pregnant with her first child, a son due in October, with her husband Dillon King.

And on Wednesday the 21-year-old Arkansas resident showed off her baby bump.

But the reality TV star was not alone. Also with her was her cousins’ wives Lauren Swanson Duggar, Abbie Burnett Duggar, Anna Duggar and Kendra Caldwell Duggar.

All of the women are pregnant. They are standing side by side in the pretty portrait where they all look proud.

Amy captioned the photo with four pink hearts, a blue heart and a laughing emoji.

Anna is married to Josh Duggar and is expecting her sixth child.

She and Josh, 31, wed in September 2008 and share five children: Mackynzie, 9, Michael, 8, Marcus, 6, Meredith, 4, and Mason, 23 months.

Lauren is married to Josiah Duggar. Their first child will be a girl.

Abbie is wed to John David Duggar and they are expecting their first child, they revealed earlier this month.

Kendra’s husband is Joseph Duggar and they are expecting their second child.

This comes after Jana Duggar was accused of Photoshopping conservative skirts onto a pair of women in the background of one of her Instagram photos.

Followers noticed something amiss when the Counting On star, 29, shared a photo from the Tontitown Grape Festival in Arkansas on Wednesday.

While devout Christian Jana was dressed in a modest striped frock, two women in the background appeared to have knee-length skirts edited onto their bodies.

People suggested that Duggar altered the photo to make sure the girls, who were likely wearing shorts, looked more covered up.

Jana’s parents have long had a ‘no shorts or pants for girls’ rule for their daughters.

Zooming in on the photo, it was clear that something had been manipulated.

More than a few Instagram users were up in arms.

‘If Jana doesn’t want to share a photo that shows people whom she considers to be dressed immodestly then that’s absolutely fine, it is her page and she is allowed to share what she sees fit, but what is not acceptable is imposing her own personal standards on other people without their consent by editing their appearance in such a way,’ one Instagrammer wrote.

‘The Duggars expect to have their beliefs and standards respected, to not extend the same basic courtesy to other people is hypocritical to say the least.’

‘You do realize there’s a boy in the background lifting his shirt and flicking you off right??’ a commenter wrote. ‘I guess u were too occupied with covering the girls thighs u didnt notice…. How sad.’

But there were also those that took to the comments section to defend the reality personality.

Some suggested she made the edits for the benefit of her younger brothers.

‘If I had to guess, I would assume she did it for the benefit of her younger brothers who may follow her,’ one fan wrote. ‘Not as a sign of disrespect to the women (whose faces you can’t even see). I honestly don’t understand the outrage.’

Others accused the disgruntled commenters with going out of their way to find something to get upset about.

‘Those few people here in the comments that are mad because Jana allegedly edited the picture are obviously here strictly for the purpose of looking for something to be mad at,’ another person wrote.

‘They were obviously scouring the photo, searching to find something to be upset about. I can’t imagine being that negative, to go looking for things to be offended by. That kind of misery must be awful.’

Jana and family rose to prominence via their TLC series 19 Kids and Counting, which debuted 2008.

Their show followed the lives of the Duggar family, devout Baptists who often evangelized about the values of purity, modesty, and faith in God.

The show was cancelled in 2015 after the family’s eldest son Josh made a public apology after he was accused of molesting five girls, which included several of his sisters.

A spin-off called Counting On premiered just months after the original show’s cancellation and is still on the air.
