Amber Heard revealed how much she is bossing motherhood this week as she showed off how she works out with her baby.
The actress, 35, took to Instagram to give her followers a glimpse at how she exercises these days – with a baby in one hand and a dumbbell in the other.
Amber wore a black sports bra and matching leggings for the workout as her five-month-old daughter Oonah Paige was seen nestled in one arm.
The tot, who was wearing an adorable pair of pink leggings with bunnies printed on them, appeared to be having a great time during the fitness session as she seemed pretty relaxed taking part.
Amber simply captioned the sweet images: ‘Multitasking mama’.
The Aquaman star had stunned her fans in July when she announced she had become a mother, introducing the then-12-week-old little girl to her followers.
Sharing a photo of the two of them together, she wrote: ‘I’m so excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms.
‘I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way.
‘I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalised to not want a ring in order to have a crib. A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this.’
She concluded: ‘My daughter was born on April 8, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. She’s the beginning of the rest of my life.’
Amber and her baby, whose middle name is a tribute to the star’s late mother Paige Heard who died last year, have been inseparable ever since.
She shared a photo of her and Oonah sitting in front of a laptop together in July, joking: ‘I’m just the mom and the dad. She’s the boss.’
