Alexandra’s stunning post comes after she hit back at trolls who accused her of capitalising on her phenomenal weight loss.
The beauty blasted the claims while speaking to fans on Instagram on Saturday and said she’d ‘never’ rely on a ‘quick fix’ to lose weight and had gone on an ‘organic’ fitness journey to shed two stone.
In response to the vitriolic comments she received after proudly showing off her slender figure, Alexandra said: ‘I just want you guys to know that I would never do anything that is unnatural or a quick fix.

‘My fitness journey has been completely authentic and I’ve put in a lot of hard work and decimation to get to where I am now.’
‘I want to inspire you, support you and motivate you. I got myself out of a horrible place into a happy place doing this and I want to share how I’ve done it.’
Blasting claims she used ‘unnatural’ means to achieve her impressive weight loss, Alexandra continued: ‘I’m not into detox teas or fad diets. So let’s not hate on each other. There’s no need for hate or negativity or bitterness.
‘Oh and one more thing… If I hear another person commenting, saying I’ve had liposuction OF ALL THINGS! – to get to where I am – I’ll go the hell off because this is absolutely not what I’m about.
Doing it for me: Since losing weight, the former Love Island star has trailed her upcoming ‘exercise & nutrition plan’ (pictured: The star back in March)
‘What other people choose to do to their bodies is up to them, but I’m all about working hard, dedication and commitment to get to where I am.
‘I love putting in the hard work and that’s what I’ve done. So anybody who comes at me with the liposuction thing – be gone!!’
Alexandra also rejected claims by a ‘disgusted’ critic that she is motivated by making money.
She had showed off her toned physique in a white bikini before responding to the troll by saying that her weight loss journey was for herself and her ‘happiness’.
The critic had claimed: ‘I’m really disappointed in your recent transition from body positivity to weight lost advisor.
‘I have the same figure you USED to have an am now left thinking I would be “happier” and “feel sexier” if I lost weight and looked as you do now.
‘It’s just an unhealthy message. At first I gave you the benefit of the doubt and felt you were doing it for you. Now you’re making money out of it. I’m disgusted and totally disappointed you have let so many young girls down.’
However, Alexandra hit back by referencing the message and saying: ‘The reason why in this life you have to do things for yourself and nobody else. People will always have something negative to say. What matters is your own happiness.

Alexandra’s defence of her dieting tips comes after she explained how she had been ‘hiding away’ lately but now feels ‘sexy and confident’ in herself.
She wrote: ‘Because life is too short to be anything but PROUD of the person you’ve become…
‘I’ve been hiding away a little bit & conscious of not posting bikini pics/pictures with too much skin etc as there has already been enough criticism about my fitness/wellness journey – weight loss being a bonus.
‘But truly I have NEVER been in this shape in my life. I feel sexy & confident and wanted to post this so thats what I’m doing.
‘Sorry, not sorry. The work and consistency it took to get here – I’m owning it. I feel f***ing fabulous.’
Several of Alexandra’s Love Island pals commented on the snap, including Rosie Williams who wrote: ‘My 2020 motivation! I loved finding out about your journey the other night! Keep up the good work & always keep doing it for you! Well done baby.’
Meanwhile, Anna Vakili said: ‘You look unreal, well done,’ while Francesca Allen said Alexandra looked ‘amazing’.
