Alex Scott, 35, gave The One Show viewers an insight into her home life in isolation during tonight’s episode of the programme. The presenter opened up about the situation when her co-host Alex Jones, 43, asked her about how she is coping while living on her own during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Welsh star quizzed: “So how’s it been with you then because you’ve been in isolation haven’t you?
“And you live on your own, so how are you finding that?”
The Strictly Come Dancing 2019 star candidly responded: “Yeah for three weeks now.
“If I’m sitting here and I’m being honest, some days are great, and there’s some days where I actually do struggle.

“I struggle to think, do I need to get out of bed, do I need to get up and do stuff? It’s finding that purpose.”
Alex went on to describe the experience as an “emotional rollercoaster”.
She added: “But I suppose that’s the thing, everyone’s feeling it, the emotional rollercoaster of doing it.
“But I have to say, the one thing I do is when I do have that bad day, I promise myself the next day I’m going to be more productive and have more energy.”
Elsewhere, Alex shared a rare love life admission while filming an Instagram live last week.
The television personality, who usually prefers to keep her love life out of the spotlight, responded to a fan who commented on her video to ask her if she would marry them.
She began the clip by telling her 354,000 followers: “I have to admit my brain is a bit fried because I’ve just finished my Spanish lesson, so, sorry!”
After showing off some phrases she has learnt in the language, Alex exclaimed: “I hope people from Spain are tuning in right now! I’m practicing my Spanish.”
