She said: “It was so weird, especially after the show because we had literally spent every single day together.”
Saffron reflected on their friendship and said: “I remember the day after I just felt a bit lost, like I don’t know what I’m going to do.
“Luckily I saw him the next day so it was actually fine, but it still felt really, really, weird, it was like losing your best friend or something.”
Saffron and AJ were the ninth couple to leave the competition, and the Youtuber admitted that she and AJ haven’t seen each other a lot since the Strictly Come Dancing tour.
She explained that they’re “both such busy people” but “they still speak” to keep each other updated with what they’re up to.
