Adele delighted fans this week by revealing she is make her television hosting debut on Saturday Night Live. Writing on her Instagram page, the Hello singer admitted she is both “excited” and “terrified.”
“Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!!” she wrote. “And also absolutely terrified! My first ever hosting gig and for SNL of all things!!!!”
Earlier today, the 32-year-old singer gave fans a sneak-peak behind the scenes as she prepared to take the reins of the US sketch comedy show.
The show will mark the star’s first major televised appearance since her last tour in 2016.

When is Adele on Saturday Night Live?
The singer will be making her hosting debut on Saturday night – October 24.
She wil be joined by H.E.R as the show’s musical guest.
Adele excitedly said on her Instagram page: “It’ll be almost 12 years to the day that I first appeared on the show, during an election…which went on to break my career in America, so it feels full circle and I just couldn’t possibly say no!
“I am beside myself that H.E.R will be the musical guest!! I love her SO much I can’t wait to melt into a flaming hot mess when she performs, then confuse myself while I laugh my a**e off in between it all. See you next week.”
