“I feel like I’m of service,” he said poignantly. “I feel like I get to do this thing and celebrate Freddie Mercury, I get to let the fans and these guys do their thing.”
When it comes to touring his solo music, Lambert said: “It’s my stories, it’s my music that I created. It’s my baby.”
May, Taylor and Lambert first joined forces when the latter was competing on American Idol back in 2009.
On the show, they performed Queen classic We Are the Champions together with Kris Allen, who went on to win the series.
