Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter has been one of the biggest tours since it opened in 2012, but it’s just got even bigger.
After covering all sorts of places throughout the tour, including the Forbidden Forest and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardary, the studios have finally added another big location to the tour – and actor Warwick Davis is very happy about it.
Having taken on his role as Griphook, he spent a lot of time in Gringotts, the wizarding bank, which is the latest addition to the tour.
The bank was a big part of the final leg of the Harry Potter films, with the main focus being on Harry Potter and The Dealthy Hallows Part 2.
Upon his return to the bank, where he was joined by James and Oliver Phelps, who play Fred and George Weasley, Warwick revelaed his excitement over the new addition.
He said: “It’s so exciting to be back inside Gringotts Wizarding Bank after so many years.
“I spent a lot of time here as Griphook and it’s great to see the Studio Tour bring the original back to life.
“I know visitors will love discovering the details of the goblin prosthetics and the Lestrange vault for themselves – there are more exciting additions to be revealed.”
The new addition will be officially opening on April 6 and will be available to be viewed by the public for the first time.
From the entrance hall to the bank, fans will continue to get the ultimate Harry Potter experience as they attend.
For the first time, Bellatrix Lestrange’s vault will be open to the public after Harry, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger searched through it.
Fans have already been showing their excitement through Twitter, and it’s likely to be a big hit.
Tickets must be pre-booked at www.wbstudiotour.co.uk or by calling the Studio Tour’s Visitor Services Team on 0345 084 0900 and cannot be bought at the attraction.
