The 33-year-old showed off her stunning figure as she posed at the annual Fabulous Fund Fair in aid of Naked Heart Foundation.

The corset-style sheer dress and its embroidered detail carefully covered her modesty, while still revealing her enviable legs.
Her laced-up waist certainly proved she’s back in shape after giving birth to a son called Jack in June.
She has four children with her footballer husband Peter Crouch.
The couple had two little girls – Sophia Ruby, five, and Liberty Rose, one, before their first son, Johnny, was born in January 2018.

They were engaged three years later and married in 2011 at Stapleford Park Hotel in Leicestershire.
She had insisted baby number three would be her last, but welcomed Jack into the world earlier this year.
Model Abbey has previously opened up about her body hang-ups after becoming a mum.
She said: “I try not to get too hung up about my body changing because it’s natural and I think it’s a healthy sign if you’re growing with the baby.”
