A$AP Rocky is all set for his comeback performance in Stockholm, in Sweden, four months after he was found guilty of assault in the capital.

The 31-year-old will be taking to the stage at the Ericsson Globe, on Wednesday evening, and was pictured making his way to the venue ahead of the gig.

Dressed in a black hoodie and skinny jeans, the Live Fast hitmaker appeared to be in high spirits as he ducked out of the rain from underneath a number of umbrellas.

And it turns out he’s not afraid to make his return to the city despite being arrested there back in July.

When chatting to TMZ just weeks prior to his performance, the star, whose real name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers, explained: ‘When I was in Sweden I met so many people like myself, you know?

‘And all of those immigrants didn’t really have the kind of support that they needed and me being a celebrity, I had worldwide coverage.

‘We had the American embassy, and these people come from countries where they don’t have help and Sweden take in immigrants and s**t like that.

‘So I just felt like I wanted to give back. I didn’t know how, when I was locked up all those fans were showing me support, on television I would wake up and see it.’

The incident saw A$AP and his crew involved in a street brawl involving two men who wouldn’t leave the group alone.

Taking to his Instagram account, the rapper posted videos of what happened, maintaining their actions were in self-defence.

However, a statement released by the courts after the verdict stated that despite this, there was not enough ground to classify it self-defence.

Stockholm’s District Courts ruled that ‘it has been proven that the defendants assaulted the victim by hitting and kicking him as he lay on the ground.’

A$AP was held in a Swedish prison following the fight, which gained worldwide attention, with even President Donald Trump asking for A$AP to be released.

On his release, Live Nation announced he’d be performing in the same city the incident took place.

They said in a statement: ‘After tremendous support from the Swedish fans, he returns to Stockholm for a long-awaited gig for all his supporters.’
