If you’re in need of a little escapism right now, we have just the thing.

A gorgeous estate with a prosecco vineyard, located in rural Italy, has just gone on the market for $13.6 million (£10.6 million).

The eighteenth century house is located in the Pordenone region of northern Italy – close to Venice and the Austria and Slovenia borders.

The grounds feature a chapel and various other residential buildings, which boast more than 30 bedrooms in total.

The main villa underwent restoration in 2003 and includes a spacious event hall, professional kitchen and Italian art works on the walls – for added opulence.

This means the lovely-looking property could be hired out as a wedding venue or for holiday rentals.

Elsewhere, there’s a swimming pool, stables, an old watermill and an ornamental garden.

Out of the 108 hectares of land, 19 are used for an active vineyard that produces ‘excellent’ glasses of DOC Prosecco.

It’s estimated the vineyard produces approximately 3,640 quintals of grapes every year – so you won’t go thirsty.

While the listed price might initially make eyes water, the DOC vineyard is thought to bring in around £361,000 per hectare – according to estate agents.

The listing says the estate is close to a small town with all the ‘necessary services.’

It’s also nearby other Italian locations, including the beaches of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the fortified city of Palmanova.

For something a little closer to home, a Victorian church has been converted into a gorgeous family home and is now for sale. All Saints Church, in the village of Haywood in South Yorkshire, is on the market for £600,000.
