The Reviews

Lottie Winter, Beauty Editor
I love how moisturising the balm feels on lips as well as the glow it adds to cheeks. The level of colour is great, too – a hint of a tint and totally blendable and buildable. The shade itself – Aifric – is a little too orange for my liking, so {I’m keen to try one of the other shades to find my perfect match.

Elle Turner, Deputy Beauty Editor
This is really sheer and subtle – just a barely there sweep of colour to add a bit of life to cheeks without looking too obvious. My shade, Maiko, an apricot orange was surprisingly flattering and added a little warmth to my complexion, too.

Kiran Meeda, Online Features and Beauty Assistant
It’s a very pretty, light sheen that added just that little touch of dew to my lips. It’s also really moisturising, so this is a must-have for the winter season. I tried the pale pink shimmery shade, Dido, and it blended really well, as well as acting as a great natural lip look with a little glam.

I’ve heard amazing things about Trinny’s multitasking beauty products so I was excited to try this out. I usually avoid putting anything on my lips because they’re dryer than the Sahara but actually, this gave them a glossy, moisturised sheen. Whilst I’d usually avoid a creamy consistency in favour of a matte powder, this texture was spot on, giving my cheekbones a subtle sheen and pop of highlight without leaving my skin patchy.

Chelsea Hughes, Digital Picture and Multimedia Editor
I’ve never in my life used a cream blusher and I’ve got to say I was pleasantly surprised. I dabbed a small amount onto the apple of my cheeks, it left a gentle little glow that really picked up the light. I lathered it on my lips as I’m always a huge fan of a shimmery-gloss.
